Thanks to Louisa and Kenny we have been able to get the following information about ISIC cards. Please take the following things when you go to get your ISIC cards:
What we need to provide:
- proof of full-time enrollment in school (from Quest/Loris)
- a picture of you (wallet/passport-sized, so something you can get from a photo-booth. If you don't have one, TravelCuts will take one for you, but it costs $10.)
- $16 (according to the form)
Bring both to them (or other travel places), and then fill out a form to get it done.
Also, some of you had already made the second payment before my email for $350. You can make the payment for the remaining amount by July 15.
Furthermore, a few of you have shown interest in taking a day tour in Lima on August 21, 2010 since we will be there for the entire day. We do not currently have an itinerary of what the day trip might look like or the cost. Before we start our research and get in touch with the NGO in regards to this, we wanted to see how many of you are interested in such a day trip. Even if a small portion of you are interested, we will try and arrange a trip for those individuals in order to make sure each person gets the most out of their trip.
